What this part does in the system
FLARITY is a modular low-voltage magnetic system: instead of individual fittings you install a track, and the luminaires clip to it magnetically and slide anywhere along it. The track can be recessed into the ceiling, surface-mounted, or — and this is what this product is for — **suspended below the ceiling on cables**. A double suspension holds one end of the track on two cables, so the track hangs stably and cannot rotate about its own axis. Suspending a run of track normally takes at least two of these, one at each end.
The cables are the supply path
This is not a plain mechanical bracket. In magnetic systems a cable suspension does two jobs — it carries the track and it feeds it **24 V DC** from a driver sited above the ceiling. That is why the part is protection class III: it works only at safe extra-low voltage, on the secondary side of the driver. Suspension height is set by paying out the cables, with a range of up to 314.5 cm, which is enough to drop the track in a room with a very high ceiling, in a loft, or over a multi-level space.
