NAYARIT is a five-light pendant with a round ceiling canopy 35 cm across, finished in brass gold. Five clear glass shades hang beneath it on cables, each about 16 cm wide, flattened in shape and covered with an irregular, bubbled texture. The shades hang at different heights, so the cluster forms a cascade rather than a level row.

How big it is and how to hang it

All five drops come out of a single 35 cm canopy, so the fitting needs only one mounting point in the ceiling. Maximum overall height is 180 cm, and the suspension cables are shortened to the length you need during installation.

That amount of cable allows two very different arrangements. Over a table the shades are levelled to the same height, with their lower edge 70–80 cm above the tabletop — the light then covers the table surface without shining into the eyes of people seated at it. In a room with a high ceiling, a stairwell for instance, the drops are left staggered and the cascade spreads over the full available height.

Which bulbs it needs

Each shade has its own G9 lampholder and takes a bulb of up to 25 W, which is a maximum of 125 W across the whole fitting on a 230 V supply. Bulbs are not included — you buy five of them yourself, and they decide the colour and the brightness of the light.

The glass is clear and see-through, so the bulb stays visible and becomes part of how the lamp looks. Dimming is possible, but it needs bulbs described as dimmable plus a dimmer switch; the fitting itself carries no control electronics.

Materials and where it fits

The frame is metal in a gold brass finish — the canopy, the lampholders and the rings around the shades all share that colour. The shades are glass, and the uneven, bubbled surface refracts the light and scatters it unevenly.

The form is modern: no ornament, built on the contrast between warm gold and colourless glass. The lamp suits a dining table and a living room, and in a stairwell the cascade of shades makes use of the height of the space.
