NORAN Dining Table, Round, Natural Finish by Nova Nook

NORAN by Nova Nook is a round dining table with a 120 cm top and a single central pedestal that widens towards the floor. Its construction combines MDF with ash veneer in a natural colour, showing the wood grain. The outline is restrained, without ornamental detailing.

Plan around the top and the pedestal

The table stands 76 cm high, while the pedestal measures 60 cm across at floor level. Compare these dimensions with the seat height, armrests and legroom of the chairs you intend to use. A central pedestal occupies a different position from four corner legs, but it still takes up space beneath the top.

The 120 cm diameter gives the table the same width in every direction. When placing it in a dining room, kitchen or living-room dining area, allow for pulled-out chairs and a route past seated diners as well. The tabletop measurement is not the complete footprint of an occupied dining setting. Choose the number of seats according to the width of your actual chairs rather than assuming a capacity from the styled photograph.

Ash veneer and a geometric outline

The circular edge and broad, upward-tapering pedestal give NORAN a modern, pared-back appearance. MDF with ash veneer is not the same construction as a table made entirely from solid ash. When matching it with existing furniture, compare the surface colour and the appearance of the grain. The central base is a prominent part of the silhouette, not simply a support hidden behind corner legs.

Protect the surface at mealtimes

The manufacturer requires protective coasters or placemats and avoiding direct contact between wet or hot dishes and the tabletop. Separate cups, glasses and containers holding hot food from the surface when setting the table. The interior photographs illustrate the table in a room; this listing does not describe a set of the pictured chairs and decorative objects.
