NORLYS Halmstad 211GR bollard light, graphite RAL 7016, LED 10.5 W 3000 K, 26 cm, IP65

Halmstad 211GR is a low bollard light, 26 cm tall on a square 12 × 12 cm base, finished in graphite RAL 7016. Horizontal louvres wrap an opal PMMA diffuser, and the body is hot-dip galvanised, powder-coated steel. An integrated 10.5 W LED module sits inside.

Where a 26 cm bollard goes

At 26 cm the bollard stands close to the ground and lights mainly its immediate surroundings: the edge of a path, steps, the border of a flower bed or an entrance. Compare it with the width of the strip you want to see after dark and the spacing you plan between bollards.

It is rated IP65 and IK10, so it stands outdoors without any cover, and IK10 is the highest impact class for a housing (20 J) — relevant for a fitting that sits low, right next to a walkway. What light it gives

The 3000 K colour temperature is warm white, and the whole fitting puts out 295 lm. That is orientation light: it marks routes and edges rather than lighting a whole yard. The louvres shield the diffuser only partly, so some light also goes upwards and sideways and the bollard is visible from several directions.

The fitting can be dimmed with a phase dimmer, either trailing edge or leading edge. The LED module is included, and the manufacturer states an L70 lifetime of more than 59,000 h; when the module wears out, it is replaced by a qualified person, and the diffuser, gasket and repair kit are available as spare parts.

Mounting and connection

The bollard is bolted down through three ø9 mm holes spaced at 120° on a ø65 mm circle. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², and the gland takes a round cable up to 12.5 mm in diameter. It is a protection class I fitting, so it needs a protective earth conductor.

Anchors and adapters are not included: a concrete anchor, a ground anchor, an adapter for a concrete foundation and mounting adapters are sold separately.
