Norlys Rimini 250BL black garden bollard light, E27, 47 cm

Norlys Rimini 250BL is a low garden light with the outline of a traditional lantern. Its black RAL 9005 finish brings together a shaped roof, transparent sides and a short ornamental stem on a round base. The body is powder-coated cast aluminium, while the clear cover is made from UV-stabilised polycarbonate.

A lantern at 47 cm

The complete fitting measures 47 cm high and 19 cm in both width and length. This is a compact garden bollard rather than a tall post intended to light an area from above. Compare its height with nearby planting and terrace edges when deciding on a position, so the clear sides will not be hidden.

Norlys specifies gardens and terraces as applications. The pointed roof, framed sides and shaped support give Rimini a classical appearance suited to traditional architectural detailing. Its silhouette is deliberately different from that of a plain cylindrical bollard with an uninterrupted surface.

Choose the bulb as part of the design

The fitting uses a replaceable E27 light source. The current technical sheet specifies an A55–A60 LED bulb rated at no more than 9 W. Older recommendations for halogen bulbs should not be substituted for that limit. The end user can replace the light source without replacing the complete fitting.

The transparent cover leaves the bulb visible, so its appearance contributes to the lantern's design. Colour temperature and light output depend on the E27 bulb selected; the bollard itself does not have a single fixed light colour or brightness. Check those bulb specifications rather than comparing wattage alone.

Prepare for a fixed installation

Rimini operates on a 220–240 V mains supply and has electrical protection class II and an IP54 rating. Its base is secured to the mounting surface according to the installation instructions, with provision for the supply cable. The terminals allow loop-through connection. The ART.307 concrete anchor is sold separately as an accessory: its presence in an installation illustration does not make it part of the supplied fitting.
