NORLYS Trysil 1049BL black LED garden lamp post 12.5 W 4000 K 263 cm

NORLYS Trysil 1049BL is a 263 cm garden lamp post with one angled arm and a flat lighting head. Its extruded aluminium body has a black RAL 9005 powder-coated finish. The straight post and sharply defined upper section suit modern and minimalist outdoor layouts rather than a traditional lantern design.

One head containing two LED modules

Two LED modules operate inside the single head. The single-arm configuration therefore does not mean a single module, nor does it describe a twin-head lamp post. Total luminaire power is 12.5 W, with a delivered light output of 1300 lm and a neutral-white colour temperature of 4000 K. Delivered luminaire output differs from the output quoted for the LED sources themselves; keep that distinction in mind when comparing lighting options.

The symmetrical distribution directs light downwards. This particular version supports trailing-edge and leading-edge phase dimming. Any brightness-control arrangement needs to use the corresponding dimming method; this is not the DALI version of Trysil. The LED sources and control gear can be replaced by a professional service, rather than changed by the user like a conventional bulb.

Planning around a full-height lamp post

Overall dimensions are 71 × 24 × 263 cm, making this a tall garden light rather than a low border bollard. It can be considered for garden areas, park paths, driveways or the area around a terrace. Compare the height and arm projection with nearby structures and the surface you intend to illuminate. Lumens alone do not establish suitable spacing between posts; manufacturer photometric files are available for a lighting calculation.

Housing and installation requirements

A transparent, textured polycarbonate cover is UV-stabilised, and the housing incorporates a silicone gasket. The outdoor luminaire is rated IP65 and IK10. Its mains supply and Class I construction must be allowed for in the electrical installation. Installation and subsequent servicing require appropriately qualified personnel. Additional mounting accessories must be purchased separately in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, so the fixing arrangement should be planned alongside the location and power supply.
