Outdoor Wall Light NORLYS Voss 5032GR graphite LED 14.9 W 4000 K up/down

Voss 5032GR is an outdoor wall light shaped as a solid rectangular block of cast aluminium, powder-coated in graphite RAL 7016. Its top and bottom faces carry clear safety-glass windows, and the three LED modules and the driver are built in, so no lamp is needed. The plain block without ornament suits modern, minimalist architecture.

What kind of light it gives

A narrow 4° beam goes up and draws a thin, sharp line on the wall; a wider 62° cone goes down and lights the wall below the fitting. The light draws 14.9 W. The LED modules produce 2301 lm, while the whole luminaire delivers 658 lm (44.2 lm/W).

ULOR 20/80% gives the split of the flux between up and down, and the BUG rating is B0-U4-G0 — figures to check where local rules limit skyward light. 4000 K is a neutral white, CRI 80 is typical colour rendering outdoors, and SDCM3 keeps several lights on one façade in the same shade. The light source is energy class C.

The fitting is phase-dimmable: the driver works with both trailing-edge (TE) and leading-edge (LE) dimmers. Norlys designed it for walls and façades: a house front, the wall beside a balcony, a hotel or a restaurant.

Dimensions and mounting

According to the manufacturer's drawing the body is 18 cm high and 16 cm wide and projects 27 cm from the wall — it stands well out from the façade. It is fixed through two ø7 mm holes at 100 × 80 mm spacing and weighs 4.57 kg. The terminals take cables up to 3 × 2.5 mm², and up to 3 × 1.5 mm² when looping through; the EPDM gland seals a round cable of 7–10.5 mm. The luminaire is protection class I and needs a protective earth.

Durability and service

IP54 protects the fitting against dust and splashing water from any direction, and IK06 means resistance to light impacts. The modules keep 90% of their flux after more than 52,600 h (L90) and 80% after more than 102,000 h (L80). The LEDs and control gear are replaced by a professional service; spare parts are LED module 4699101112, driver 4699906520 and service kit ZS5032zx0B11. To order, the fitting is also available with DALI2 control, in 2700 K, with a different luminous flux or in another RAL colour.
