Sky 3 – a rhythm of three black light points

Sigma Lighting’s Sky 3, product code 33433, spans 70 cm and draws a direct horizontal line across the ceiling. Three matching cylinders are arranged on the slender steel rail, with two towards the ends and one around the middle. The circular canopy sits quietly above the bar. An uninterrupted black finish emphasises the outline, allowing the fitting to echo metal hardware and graphite cabinetry or stand in deliberate contrast against a pale ceiling.

Three positions along an extended axis

All three shades are fixed and face downwards. Rather than concentrating everything at one central point, the design establishes a sequence of three sources along its length. It can therefore be considered for a long work area, a route through a room, a suitably proportioned island or furniture arranged parallel to the fitting. Overall height is 11 cm and depth is 14 cm, keeping the profile close and visually compact.

Defining the light with GU10 bulbs

Sky 3 takes three replaceable GU10 LED bulbs, each rated up to 25 W. They are supplied separately. This leaves colour temperature, output and beam angle open for the buyer to specify, although the cylinders themselves cannot be redirected. Before fitting, the axis of the 70 cm rail should be aligned carefully with the surface or route beneath it.
