Quintiesse Wynwood medium picture light 2×E27 50.8 cm urban bronze

The medium Quintiesse Wynwood is a steel wall picture light with two E27 lampholders and a horizontal barrel that is open underneath. Urban Bronze is a dark, slightly worn metal finish; metal loops sit on the barrel ends, and a round backplate with two vertical stems fixes the fitting to the wall. Light leaves the shade downward onto the surface below, not into the depth of the room.

Size and wall projection

The fitting is 50.8 cm wide, 23.2 cm high and projects 19.8 cm. That is the medium Wynwood size: on a frame of similar width the barrel does not overwhelm the artwork, but you still need about 20 cm in front of the wall so a door or a passer-by does not catch the shade.

The luminaire weighs 1.98 kg; the 57 × 28 × 29.5 cm carton weighs 3.12 kg. Height is not adjustable after fixing — the backplate sets where the barrel sits relative to the top of a frame or mirror.

Lamps

The barrel takes two E27 lamps. None are supplied; the maker states a 60 W maximum for the fitting. Colour temperature and output come from the bulbs you buy.

Mains 220–240 V, 50 Hz, class I, no integrated LED. Dimmable lamps can be used with a separate dimmer; there is no control in the fitting. The manufacturer lists an interior location. Without a published IP rating, do not put it in a wet zone or outdoors.

Where it belongs

It sits above a painting, print or mirror in a living room, bedroom, dining room, hallway, office or study. 50.8 cm width suits mid-size formats better than a narrow picture, where the barrel would overhang the frame clearly.

Look

Dark metal, end loops and the geometric backplate read industrial and vintage, close to machine hardware, with no glass and no fabric shade. The lighter metallic inner face of the barrel throws light down. Urban Bronze is darker than brass in the same family — keep one finish if you mix several Wynwood pieces.
