s.luce Santa Air black 8-light LED pendant chandelier, 160 cm

The black s.luce Santa Air brings eight shallow circular light heads together in a two-row pendant arrangement. A shared 160 cm ceiling canopy organises the individual suspension cables above a table. Its aluminium construction keeps the emphasis on separated points of light rather than a single large shade.

Plan around the canopy, not just one head

Each head is 11 cm in diameter, but the rectangular canopy measures 160 × 25 × 4 cm. These measurements describe different parts of the fitting. Compare the canopy length with your tabletop and check where the existing ceiling connection sits before deciding on placement. The diameter of one head is not the overall width of this eight-light arrangement.

The manufacturer specifies this version for large dining tables and kitchen islands. The suspension can be shortened during installation and has a maximum length of 150 cm, allowing the hanging position to be matched to the room and furniture. Two rows place the light points across the arrangement as well as along its length.

Warm integrated LEDs with dimming

The LED modules are included, so this is not a fitting that requires eight separately selected bulbs. A colour temperature of 2700 K gives distinctly warm white light, while CRI > 92 indicates high colour rendering. The manufacturer lists 88 W and a light output of 6720 lm for the complete combination.

Brightness can be adjusted with a compatible phase-cut dimmer. Check that the selected dimmer is suitable for the fitting's LED electronics before planning the controls. Dimmability alone does not imply a remote control or app connectivity. Replacement of the integrated LED modules must be carried out by qualified personnel rather than treated as an ordinary bulb change.

A restrained black composition

The flat heads, fine suspensions and elongated canopy support a modern, minimalist interior. Santa Air can mark out the dining area within an open living space without relying on a bulky central body. All eight heads belong to one common fitting: they are not eight independent pendants supplied with separate ceiling canopies.
