Spot Light Wooddream 2071276 is a wooden wall light with a tall rectangular body and a square cross-section. It is made from beech wood in a walnut colour: walnut describes the finish, not an additional timber species. Visible grain runs across the plain faces, contrasting with the circular opening for the light source.

Allow for both height and projection

The manufacturer's drawing specifies a height of 200 mm, with a width and depth of 100 mm each. This is a 20 cm tall body, rather than a cube measuring 10 cm on every side. Compare its width with the available wall space and its projection with nearby furniture and circulation space. A narrow front profile does not remove the need to allow for its depth.

Two separately purchased GU10 bulbs

The fitting takes two GU10 bulbs, with a maximum of 6 W per bulb. Bulbs are not supplied, and there is no integrated LED module taking their place. Include two suitable light sources when planning the installation. Colour temperature, light output and beam angle depend on those chosen bulbs; they are not determined by the brown wooden body. Two sockets should not be taken as evidence of independent switching.

A geometric wooden accent

Flat faces without decorative arms or a projecting shade support modern and minimalist schemes, while the wood also suits Scandinavian interiors. The fitting can provide supplementary wall lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, studies, entrance halls and corridors. It is not an adjustable reading light. Base the room's lighting plan on the specifications of the bulbs you select, rather than assuming a particular brightness from the appearance of the fitting alone.
