VT-2-16 is a square recessed downlight, 93 mm to a side, built around a Samsung LED module. In this version it runs at 5700 K — cool white — delivering 1280 lm from 16 W in a narrow 12° beam.

A 12° beam makes this an accent fitting, not a general one

Twelve degrees is a very narrow distribution. From a 3 m height it lands a pool roughly 0.6 m across — tight enough to lift a single exhibit, a picture, a counter or a stretch of interior façade, and decidedly too tight to light a room with. For general light the manufacturer offers a 38° variant in the same series. If you are planning a run of fittings over a counter or shelving, set the spacing by the pool, not by the ceiling grid.

CRI 90 and UGR below 19

Two figures decide that this fitting belongs where people stay rather than merely pass through. CRI 90 — confirmed by the EU EPREL registry entry — means faithful colour rendering; at 5700 K with high CRI the whites of fabric, paper and packaging pick up no foreign cast, which matters in a shop and at a reception desk. UGR below 19 is the unified glare rating: the module sits far enough back in the housing that no bright point shows at a normal viewing angle. The manufacturer also declares flicker-free operation.

An 85 × 85 mm cut-out

The visible frame is 93 × 93 mm and the body 47 mm deep; the cut-out is 85 × 85 mm. A quick connector is supplied, so there is no terminal block to open up inside a suspended ceiling. Supply is 230 V, power factor above 0.9, and the run-up to full brightness is effectively instant (0.001 s).
