The Zambelis E354 combines a graphite outdoor bollard light with two electrical sockets. Its aluminium body has a rounded triangular cross-section and an open upper section beneath the head. A polycarbonate diffuser forms part of the light assembly, while two socket covers sit one above the other on the lower body.

The sockets depend on the light being on

The two European sockets are rated for 220–240 V, but there is an important operating condition: the manufacturer states that they receive power only when the light is switched on. This is not an independently powered outlet pillar that remains available after the lighting has been turned off. Consider that relationship when planning the electrical circuit and deciding how you intend to use the garden power points.

Built-in warm-white lighting

The integrated LED light source uses 7 W and provides 639 lm at a colour temperature of 3000 K. There is no separate bulb to buy. Equally, this is not a fitting in which a standard replacement bulb can be chosen to alter brightness or colour temperature. The E354 is non-dimmable, so it is not intended for variable brightness control through a dimmer.

The installation instructions restrict replacement of the integrated source to the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person. Electrical installation and maintenance should be carried out by a professional electrician rather than treated as routine user adjustments.

A low light beside a garden path

The bollard is 50 cm high, with a width and length of 12.8 cm each. Compare this footprint with the available mounting area and allow access to the socket covers without obstructing the walking route. Its height makes it a low-level garden light, not a tall lantern providing illumination from overhead.
