The ALU end cap LUMINES ONI is an aluminium part that closes the end of an ONI LED profile. This version has a solid, smooth face — no hole for a cable — and is anodised silver.
Which profile it belongs to
The cap is made for the LUMINES ONI profile alone, the one with a 14.4 × 6.5 mm section that takes LED strip up to 12 mm wide. It does not fit profiles from other families: each family has its own cap codes, so an order has to match the system name and not just the colour.
Which end of the run it closes
The solid face closes the end that no supply cable leaves. The end wired to the driver needs a cap with a hole, which in anodised silver aluminium is code 12-1955-10. A single length of profile therefore normally takes two different caps.
ONI caps are not split into left and right, so the same code works at either end of the profile.
Fitting and finish
The cap pushes into the end of the profile — there is nothing to screw down and nothing to glue. It is made of silver-anodised aluminium, the same as the silver version of the ONI profile itself, so the end of the run keeps the same material and shade as the rest of it.
The manufacturer also offers plastic caps for the ONI profile in a 2-in-1 version with a knock-out opening. There the hole is decided during installation, but the finish is plastic rather than metal.
