Bedside Lamp BENTO WHITE SILVER 1xE27 White Plywood, Silver Shade Keter 916

BENTO WHITE SILVER 916 is a Keter Lighting bedside lamp with an openwork plywood base and a tapered shade. The base is a rounded cage of vertical and horizontal slats painted white, and the shade, made of lampshade fabric, is silver with an irregular metallic pattern.

Size and space on the bedside table

The lamp is 46 cm tall and 30.5 cm in diameter, so on a bedside table or chest of drawers it needs a square of roughly 31 × 31 cm — compare that with the top it will stand on and leave room beside it for a phone or a book. The manufacturer gives a gross weight, including packaging, of 1.5 kg.

Bulb and light

The fitting has one E27 socket and takes a bulb of up to 60 W. No bulb is included, so you choose the colour and brightness yourself — for a bedroom, warm 2700 K light is the usual choice. The lamp has no dimmer of its own. The manufacturer specifies it for indoor use only.

Style and use

Keter describes BENTO as a modern lamp; it pairs a geometric wooden frame with a classic shade shape. The manufacturer lists the living room, hallway, kitchen and restaurants as places to use it. In the Bento White series the same body also comes with a gold, copper, white or grey shade.
