Como 375WH garden post light, white RAL 9003, E27, 110 cm, IP54 – Norlys

Como 375WH is a garden post light in a classic form: a slim post curves into an arched arm, from which the lamp housing hangs beneath a wide, conical hood. The body is powder-coated cast aluminium in white (RAL 9003), and the lens is clear, UV-stabilised polycarbonate.

Size and installation

The post stands 110 cm tall, and the arm carries the lamp out so that the whole fitting takes up 42 cm across — leave that much room on the lamp side. The hood is 27 cm in diameter, the post 35 mm, and the square foot 16.5 cm. The light weighs 2.6 kg.

The foot is bolted to the ground through two ø5.5 mm holes spaced 90 mm apart. The concreting anchor (index 307) is sold separately and is not in the box. The terminals take conductors up to 2×2.5 mm² in round sheathing 7–10.5 mm in diameter, and further lights can be fed in a loop with up to 2×1.5 mm². According to the manual, the connection is made by a licensed electrician.

Bulb and light distribution

The fitting has an E27 socket and takes an A55–A60 LED bulb of up to 9 W and up to 110 mm long. No bulb is included, so you choose the colour and brightness yourself — around 800 lm matches an old 60 W bulb. The light source is replaceable by the user.

The clear lens does not diffuse the light, and the distribution is symmetrical around the axis of the fitting. The manufacturer states that 17% of the light output goes upward, above the level of the fitting; the rest lights the ground around the post.

Outdoor use and style

IP54 means protection against dust and splashing water from any direction, so the post can stand outdoors without a roof over it. The manufacturer rates it for operation from −20 to +45 °C. As a Class II fitting it needs no earth conductor. It carries a 5-year warranty and a 25-year anti-corrosion warranty.

The arched arm and hood recall old street lanterns, hence the classic and vintage styling. The manufacturer intends Como for lighting private grounds and public spaces — gardens, terraces, the surroundings of hotels or restaurants, and streets. The series also includes wall lights and taller lamp posts in the same style, and the 375 is available in black (RAL 9005) as well.
