Corner bracket 151GR for Hitra lights, graphite NORLYS

Corner bracket 151GR is a steel bracket used to mount a Norlys light from the Hitra series on an outside corner of a wall instead of on its flat surface. It measures 14 × 8.5 × 4 cm, and its back is cut into a V so that it wraps around the corner. The colour is graphite RAL 7016, the same as the graphite Hitra lights.

Which lights it fits and how it is installed

The manufacturer intends the bracket for Hitra 1330, 1331, 5114 and 5115 — check your light's number against this list, as the light is sold separately. According to the instructions, the bracket houses a terminal block for the supply cable including the protective earth, and the light sits on a support with angle adjustment up to 45°. Installation needs a 2.5 mm hex key and PH1 and PH2 cross-head screwdrivers, and the connection is made by a licensed electrician.

What it is made of

The bracket is electro-galvanised and powder-coated steel. The zinc layer under the paint protects the steel against corrosion, and the powder coat gives an even, matt graphite colour. Norlys also offers the same bracket in aluminium and white.
