CustomForm CARL two-seater sofa MT16 Starry Night, natural beech

The CustomForm CARL two-seater sofa combines an exposed lacquered beechwood frame with dark SPARK MT16 upholstery. The manufacturer calls this fabric shade Gwiaździsta Noc, meaning Starry Night. This version has a natural-colour frame, two separate seat cushions and two back cushions. Wooden armrests and visible legs give the sofa its distinct retro outline.

Plan around the outside measurements

CARL measures 128 cm in length, 64 cm in width and 70 cm in height. Compare the overall measurements with the available space along the wall and the distance to a coffee table. Its seat depth is 52 cm; that is a separate measurement from the outer 64 cm dimension. The manufacturer allows a dimensional tolerance of +/- 2% for upholstered furniture.

The compact format is worth considering for a smaller living room, a study or an office seating area. It is specifically the two-person version, rather than a wide three-seater. The photographs also show pieces from the wider collection, but they do not turn this individual sofa into a complete seating suite.

The exact fabric and cushion specification

MT16 identifies a colour within the SPARK fabric collection, not a different sofa model. The fabric contains 97% polyester and 3% nylon. Its published Martindale result is 90,000. This is an abrasion-test figure, not a promise of a particular number of years in service. The cushion filling is T35 foam; the designation alone is not used here to claim a specific firmness or other unconfirmed foam properties.

A frame that remains part of the design

The light wood is visible at the sides and beneath the seat, so it acts as a design element rather than a concealed support. Straightforward armrests, exposed legs and separate cushions can be combined with vintage furniture or restrained Scandinavian interiors. This listing is for one CARL two-seater in MT16 with the natural frame finish. The armchair, larger sofa, tables, lamps and decorative scatter cushions seen in the collection photographs are not the set described by this offer.
