Hellux Berta 410.41.07 teddy-bear table lamp, white, E27

Hellux Berta 410.41.07 is a children's table lamp with a white wooden base and a cylindrical teddy-bear shade. Blue and brown bears run around a pale background dotted with small coloured spots. This pattern identifies the version within the Berta family, above a slim, shaped stem and a round foot.

Allow for the full height

The lamp measures 51.5 cm high, with both width and length listed as 25 cm by the manufacturer. Before choosing a bedside table or chest of drawers, compare these dimensions with the available surface and the space above it. This is a freestanding table lamp with a substantial shade, rather than a small light that plugs directly into a wall socket.

Hellux specifies this design for children's rooms. Beside a bed, it can provide a separate lighting point alongside the main ceiling light. The cable visible at the base also needs to be considered when deciding where it will stand; the outline of the shade alone does not account for the entire arrangement.

One E27 light source

A single E27 socket accepts a bulb rated at no more than 60 W. Suitable LED bulbs with the same base can also be used. The 60 W figure is the maximum permitted bulb wattage, not a fixed consumption figure for the lamp in every configuration. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulb selected, so compare its lumen output and light colour when choosing the source.

A traditional shape with teddy bears

The shaped white wooden stem follows the proportions of traditional shaded table lamps, while the printed bears give this version its children's-room character. The animal motif is carried by the shade rather than a figurative base. That distinction suits a choice focused on a recognisable pattern above a plain stem, with the decoration concentrated in the upper part of the lamp.
