Hellux Colorato 4113522 is a white and pink table lamp with a birchwood base and a white cotton shade. Its rectangular shade sits above a two-colour, block-shaped base, giving the lamp a distinctly geometric outline. This product code identifies the pink Colorato version, not the light-blue colourway.
Check the space above your table
The lamp is 27 cm high, with a manufacturer-listed width of 20 cm and length of 10.5 cm. Compare these measurements with the available surface and the clear space above the furniture before deciding where to place it. Allow for the lamp's full width even where the base occupies only part of the tabletop. Leave room for the cable and keep its switch accessible.
Hellux describes Colorato as a table or bedside lamp for a child's room and also lists the living room as an application. It can therefore provide an additional light point beside a bed or on a chest of drawers. The absence of character motifs makes its simple geometry equally relevant to a teenager's room. The shade surrounds the light source; this is not an exposed bulb holder or a spotlight designed to aim a narrow beam.
One E27 bulb and a cable switch
The fitting accepts one E27 bulb rated at no more than 60 W and uses a 230 V supply. The 60 W figure is a maximum bulb rating, not the lamp's fixed energy consumption. When choosing a bulb, check its actual wattage and physical dimensions so that it fits beneath the shade. Brightness and light colour depend on the E27 source selected. The visible switch on the white cable lets you operate the lamp without reaching towards the holder.
A pink accent with a plain white shade
The lower pink block contrasts with the white upper base and unpatterned shade. Flat surfaces and repeated rectangular forms suit modern, minimalist interiors. Hellux permits wiping the cotton shade with a dry or damp cloth. That care instruction does not mean the fabric can be washed or the whole lamp immersed in water.
