Hellux Small Aeroplane 1041014 children's pendant light, green/light blue

The Hellux Small Aeroplane 1041014 is a wooden pendant light shaped as a biplane, intended for a child's room. A light-blue fuselage sits between green wings, with a matching green propeller and undercarriage. Its single bulb is positioned above the upper wing, becoming a visible part of the design rather than hiding inside a conventional shade.

Allow for the complete suspension

The manufacturer's dimensions are 31.5 cm long, 28.5 cm wide and 70 cm high overall. The technical drawing separately shows a 14.5 cm body height. The small aircraft therefore occupies less vertical space than the complete hanging assembly: use the overall measurement when comparing it with your ceiling height and furniture positions.

This is ceiling-suspended children's lighting, not a desk lamp. The two wings, tail fin, wheels and propeller create a stylised aircraft silhouette suited to an aviation-themed room. The motif is built into the wooden structure, rather than printed on a lampshade.

Choose the E27 bulb separately

There is one E27 socket, with a maximum light-source rating of 60 W. The bulb is not included. Hellux illustrates and recommends a milky GLOBE bulb, whose rounded shape remains visible above the wings. Consider that shape as well as the electrical specification when choosing the separately purchased source.

Brightness and light colour depend on the bulb you select; the aircraft's green and blue finish does not define either. This version is specified for a 230 V supply.

Painted solid pine

The aircraft is made from solid pine wood finished with water-based paints. Hellux identifies the propeller and undercarriage as movable elements. Green wings and details contrast with the light-blue fuselage, distinguishing article 1041014 from other colour combinations in the Small Aeroplane family while retaining its recognisable biplane form.
