HOTEL MOOD is a wall light with a rectangular cream fabric shade set on an angular chrome bracket. The shade measures 35.5 × 12 cm and stands 18 cm tall, open at the top and bottom, so light leaves in both directions and washes the wall above and below the fitting.

Designed for a hotel room, and it works beside a bed

The name is not accidental: this is a classic hospitality bedside wall light — wide enough to cover the full width of a pillow, quiet enough not to compete with the rest of the room. It projects 15 cm from the wall, so it reaches out over the headboard without getting in the way of someone sitting up in bed. Two light points under one shade give even light along its whole length, without the dark middle a single bulb leaves in a wide shade.

Two E27 sockets, but LED only, up to 10 W

The sockets are standard E27, the sources are replaceable and not included. The manufacturer does set a clear condition, though: maximum 10 W and LED sources only. That is not a limit on light — a 10 W E27 LED gives around 1000 lumens today, what a 75 W incandescent once did — but a thermal requirement: a halogen or incandescent bulb of similar brightness would heat the fabric shade. With two sources it is worth matching colour temperature and output so the shade lights evenly.

Fabric, chrome and bridge mounting

The primary material is fabric, swatch reference T037, in cream; the frame and bracket are chromed steel, setting warm textile against cold metal shine. The fitting mounts on a bridge bracket — a flat plate screwed to the wall; the mounting kit (plugs and screws) is not included and should be chosen to suit the wall. Protection class I requires an earth conductor, and IP20 keeps the light strictly in dry interiors.
