LAGO S Ceiling Light 11679 Nowodvorski grey 2xE27 35 cm Promo Code 🚀- NOVO15 until the end of Oct 25

LAGO S 11679 is a Nowodvorski ceiling light shaped as a low fabric drum, 35 cm across and 20 cm deep. The shade is covered in grey fabric with a pronounced melange weave (swatch T035) and closed underneath by a white plastic diffuser – so the fitting throws an even, milky disc of light downwards while the fabric itself glows from within, drawing a warm, soft ring against the ceiling.

Lamps

Two E27 sockets sit inside, wired as a single light section – they switch together on one switch. Maximum power per socket is 15 W and, importantly, the manufacturer permits LED lamps only (marked "15W only LED"): incandescent or halogen bulbs do not belong here, because the enclosed fabric body will not carry their heat away. Lamps are not supplied, so colour temperature and output are your choice – two 15 W sources give enough headroom to serve as the main light in an average room.

Installation

The fitting mounts straight to the ceiling (direct mounting). Worth knowing before you buy: the manufacturer does not include a mounting kit, so plugs and screws have to be chosen to match your ceiling material. The luminaire is protection class I, which means an earth conductor must be connected. Supply is ~220–230 V, 50/60 Hz. An IP20 rating restricts it to dry interiors.

Style and use

Nowodvorski files LAGO's styling under modern classic – a plain drum with no ornament, but in a material that warms a room rather than cooling it. The shallow body (20 cm) takes up no space beneath the ceiling, so it works in a bedroom, study, child's room or hallway, even at standard ceiling height. Grey fabric stays chromatically neutral and sits easily with timber, white and muted wall colours.

The LAGO family

LAGO is a system rather than a single fitting: besides this ceiling light it includes pendants in sizes M and L, a floor lamp, and wall lights A and B. The same fabric and form can therefore be repeated across several lighting layers in one room.
