Aldex KLOSZ 40 MAT is a matt white glass shade for lamps in the Bosso collection. Its spherical form measures 40 cm across, making size and mounting compatibility just as important as its appearance when choosing a replacement.
Check the mounting dimensions
The mounting opening is 15 cm in diameter. Compare this measurement with the fitting on your existing lamp and check that the 40 cm shade is the size you need. Sharing the Bosso collection name does not mean that every shade size fits every lamp in that family.
This is a lampshade rather than a complete lamp or a standalone light source. The compatible fixture determines how it is mounted and which light-source specifications apply.
Matt glass with an uncluttered outline
The manufacturer identifies glass from a Polish glassworks and a uniform matt finish that diffuses light. The plain white sphere suits contemporary and modernist interiors. In a living or dining room, it forms part of a matching Bosso lamp; it is not a separate fixture for installation in any position.
