Aldex Bosso Mini 20 Choco Cream is a single pendant light with a transparent spherical glass shade measuring 20 cm across. Its chocolate-pink glass is paired with a brushed and lacquered brass frame. This version has one G9 socket and is supplied with a light bulb.
A coloured globe that reveals the bulb
Choco Cream is different from the white, opaque shades found on other Bosso versions. The tinted surface allows the bulb and part of its holder to remain visible. This matters when choosing a pendant that will be viewed at close range, such as above a small table: the light source is part of the visible composition rather than hidden behind a milky diffuser.
A slender metal section above the globe continues the vertical line of the suspension, with a small ceiling canopy at the top. There are no spreading arms. That simple geometry supports modern and modernist interiors, while the two finish descriptions have distinct meanings: brass identifies the frame and Choco Cream identifies the glass.
Allowing for the globe and drop
Width and depth are both 20 cm, and the manufacturer lists a height of 200 cm. Compare the globe diameter with the tabletop and the suspension length with the distance from the ceiling to the intended shade position. The manufacturer permits length adjustment by an electrician; this is not a mechanism for changing the height during everyday use.
A single pendant can be planned above a living-room side table, beside a bed or over a dining table. In a kitchen, hotel or restaurant, its compact diameter also allows a composition of several separately purchased pendants, each with its own planned mounting position.
A replaceable G9 light source
The included G9 LED bulb is not an integrated LED module. For replacement, select a source matching the socket and the markings on the fitting. Transparent glass will not conceal its shape. Plan ceiling installation and any cable adjustment before hanging the lamp; the instructions show disconnecting the power before wiring the fitting.
