Lumines TEKKNI UHRE 38-1060-30 is a 3 m recessed LED profile kit combining a silver aluminium channel with an opal S14 cover. The straight profile has projecting side edges for installation in a prepared recess. It is a component for a lighting installation, rather than a ready-to-use lamp.
What comes in this version
The kit contains one UHRE profile, one polycarbonate S14 cover and four plastic UHRE end caps. This article specifies the opal cover, not the transparent or frosted version. When choosing further components, use the UHRE system designation and S14 cover reference; a similar silver finish does not establish compatibility with another profile.
LED tape and a power supply are not included and must be selected separately. The manufacturer places the power supply outside the profile, so allow for it elsewhere in the installation. Colour temperature, power consumption and light output depend on the selected LED equipment, not on this channel alone.
Plan the recess before fitting
The profile is 21 mm wide overall and 12.7 mm high, with a 14.2 mm internal channel. Compare the complete cross-section with the furniture design before routing. The overall width includes the projecting edges and should not be treated as the width of the recess itself. The specified fitting methods are push-in installation or double-sided tape.
UHRE is intended for cabinets, countertops and display areas, including kitchen cabinetry. Its recessed linear form suits modern and minimalist furniture where the lighting should follow the cabinet construction rather than add a separate projecting fitting.
