For a position over a dining table, compare the chandelier's diameter with the width of the tabletop and check the space that will remain between them. In a living room or bedroom, consider the clearance below the lowest glass piece, particularly where people will walk underneath. Monaco takes nine G9 bulbs, none of which are included. The manufacturer specifies a maximum of 40 W for each light source and a 230 V supply. This rating is a bulb limit, not a statement of actual consumption with every possible set of bulbs. Check the socket type and permitted wattage when selecting replacements.

The colour and amount of light depend on the bulbs you install, so compare their specifications before buying a complete set. The manufacturer states that the fitting is not suitable for connection to a dimmer. Selecting dimmable bulbs alone does not change that declaration.

Gold metal and faceted glass create a symmetrical decorative composition rather than a plain shade. Monaco suits a glamour interior where the chandelier is intended to remain a visible furnishing detail. The manufacturer lists this model for living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms.
