Nowodvorski 8707 is a white straight feed connector for the three-circuit CTLS track system. A plastic housing covers its central section, with contacts at either end; the manufacturer identifies copper as the additional material. This is a track installation component, not a standalone light fitting or an LED strip power supply.
A straight connection between track sections
The CTLS POWER STRAIGHT CONNECTOR joins track sections arranged in a straight line and provides a point for power feed. Its shape matters when the track needs to continue without changing direction. The CTLS instructions distinguish this component from corner connectors, branching connectors and the MINI version. Select it according to the planned track layout rather than choosing by colour alone.
It measures 16.6 cm long, with a width and height of 3.2 cm each. These dimensions describe the connector itself, not the complete installation. The plain rectangular white cover has no decorative detailing, leaving the overall appearance of the arrangement chiefly to the tracks and chosen light fittings.
What to plan before connection
The package contains the connector. A working lighting installation also needs the corresponding CTLS components and light fittings. The documentation states a maximum current of 16 A and a rating of 3.7 kVA. These are electrical limits, not a brightness figure or a lamp's power consumption.
The instructions require the system polarity to be maintained, with attention to the earth contact. An authorised electrical installer should make the connection with the supply disconnected. The datasheet specifies indoor use; this connector should not be selected for an outdoor installation.
