Nowodvorski FOURTY 11765 adjustable wall light with switch, silk grey, GU10 R35

Nowodvorski FOURTY 11765 is an adjustable wall light with a single cylindrical head and a switch on the fitting itself. Its painted steel body comes in silk grey P026, RAL 7044. A narrow rectangular wall plate and short tubular head give it a restrained appearance suited to modern, modernist and minimalist interiors.

A replaceable GU10 R35 bulb, bought separately

This fitting takes one GU10 R35 LED bulb rated at no more than 10 W. The bulb is not included. Check both the GU10 base and the R35 size when choosing a light source: a larger reflector with the same base is not automatically suitable for the slim head.

Light colour, brightness and beam angle depend on the bulb you select. The grey finish does not imply a fixed warm colour temperature or a particular light output. Choosing the bulb separately lets you match those characteristics to the intended position. The built-in switch provides on/off control directly at the wall light.

Positioning beside a bed or reading chair

The adjustable head lets you change the direction of illumination. FOURTY can provide local light beside a bed, next to a living-room armchair or at a reading corner in a study. It can serve the same purpose in a hotel bedroom. In a restaurant, it offers supplementary light at a chosen wall-side position rather than replacing the room's general lighting.

The manufacturer specifies a height of 11–17 cm, width of 4–10 cm and projection from the wall of 6–11.5 cm. Allow for these ranges when positioning the head. The tube is 8.5 cm high and 4 cm in diameter; the wall plate measures 4 × 10.5 cm. Compare these dimensions with your headboard or shelf, and check that the switch will remain within reach.

Fixed wall installation and supplied items

The light mounts permanently to the wall on a bracket and connects to a 220–230 V supply. Electrical installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified person. The package contains the fitting, instructions and an Allen key; a bulb must be purchased separately. FOURTY is intended for indoor use and has an IP20 rating. Clean the painted body only after switching it off and letting it cool, keeping moisture away from electrical connections.
