Sigma Sopel 8 in black – a vertical light composition
The Sigma Sopel 8 pendant, manufacturer code 33628, arranges eight slim black tubes beneath a circular ceiling rose. Each element is suspended on its own cable, and the varied drops form a spatial vertical composition rather than one solid cluster. The product images show black lacquered steel and small illuminated openings at the ends of the tubes. This makes the fitting a distinctive interior feature even when the lamps are switched off.
Light tailored to the room
Its eight G9 sockets take replaceable LED lamps rated at up to 3 W each; lamps are not included. Choosing the lamps lets the buyer determine both light colour and output. The overall height reaches a maximum of 100 cm, while adjustable suspension makes it easier to set the composition for the ceiling height and the function of the space. The circular base is 30 cm wide and 30 cm deep, keeping the model in proportion above a smaller round table, in an entrance area or beside a seating zone.
Construction and fitting
The narrow steel shades are 50 cm high with a 2.5 cm diameter. The fixture is installed on a mounting bracket concealed by the ceiling rose. Before fitting, it is worth planning the position over the table or circulation area and the cable layout so that the different tube heights remain legible. IP20 is stated in the specification. This model is supplied with a two-year warranty.
