Paul Neuhaus Q-Rotate 4324-34 combines a slender stem with an adjustable ring-shaped head in a dark metallic brown finish. A round base complements the restrained form, while the centre of the head remains open. This indoor lamp lets you adjust light direction, colour temperature and brightness.
An adjustable head with light in both directions
The table version is approximately 40 cm high, with a 16 cm diameter base. You can tilt the head to redirect the light without repositioning the base. The manufacturer specifies a distribution of 30% uplight and 70% downlight. The ring therefore illuminates the space on both sides rather than serving only as a decorative outline.
The slim construction leaves the wall or furniture behind it visible. Power is supplied by cable, so allow for access to a socket when choosing its position. Mechanical head adjustment and electronic light settings serve different purposes: one changes the direction, while the others change the quality of the light.
Remote control, CCT and memory
The supplied remote provides continuous brightness adjustment and a colour-temperature range of 2700–5000 K. Choose warm white or a cooler tone, or select one of the preset lighting scenes. The memory function retains the last settings.
The lamp belongs to the Q system and supports smart-home integration. App or voice control requires a suitable compatible system with a gateway. The included remote lets you operate the lamp without installing that additional system.
Output of the complete fitting
The complete lamp emits 440 lm and has a total rated power of 12 W. The separate 850 lm figure refers to the LED source, not the complete fitting. Use 440 lm when comparing finished lamps. The LED is supplied, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to select.
