Quintiesse Atwater large outdoor wall lantern – 1 light, painted distressed brass

Quintiesse Atwater QN-ATWATER-L-PDB is a large outdoor wall lantern with a rectangular frame, a pitched cap and a dark handle. Its painted distressed brass finish surrounds an inner cylinder of clear seeded glass, leaving the chosen bulb visible within the lantern.

Check the space beside your entrance

At 518 mm high, this is a substantial feature on a wall rather than a discreet lighting point. It measures 242 mm wide and projects 256 mm from the mounting surface. Compare those measurements with the available space beside a door, shutter or walkway before choosing its position. The fitting is not height adjustable, so its installed position is determined by the mounting location.

The manufacturer specifies exterior wall use. A garden-facing facade, entrance wall, terrace or balcony can accommodate it where the available wall space suits these dimensions. The cap, handle and regular frame refer to traditional lantern construction. Together with the distressed finish, they support classic, retro and vintage settings rather than the appearance of a recessed contemporary wall light.

Choose the E27 bulb separately

The lantern takes one E27 bulb, rated at a maximum of 60 W, or a suitable LED equivalent. No bulb is supplied. The light source shown in the photographs illustrates the fitting's appearance and is not a promise about package contents. With clear glass around the source, the shape of your selected bulb also becomes part of the finished composition.

Brightness and light colour depend on that bulb, not on a built-in LED module. The manufacturer confirms compatibility with dimmable lamps. If dimming is required, plan the bulb and compatible control together rather than assuming that any replacement lamp will dim.

Brass appearance, composite construction

The body uses EPMM, a plastic/stone composite, together with glass; it is not solid brass. The fitting has an IP44 rating, a 220–240 V supply specification and Class I protection. Coastal use is expressly supported by the manufacturer. Its five-year anti-corrosion guarantee is a specifically defined corrosion warranty, not a general five-year guarantee covering every component.
