Recessed Downlight SLV NUMINOS DL M Black/White 17.55W 2700K 1003848

NUMINOS® DL M is a round recessed ceiling downlight in a black-and-white finish — a black outer ring with a white reflector inside. The fixture is protection class III and has no built-in driver — it needs a separately purchased LED driver to work.

Size and mounting

The fixture is 10.5 cm in diameter and 6.8 cm high. The ceiling cutout needs to be 9 cm in diameter and at least 7.5 cm deep — that is how much space the housing takes up above the ceiling. It is held in place by leaf springs that clamp against the cutout edge.

Power supply

Protection class III means the fixture is never in direct contact with 230 V mains voltage — it is powered by an external LED driver with a 500 mA output current, sold separately as an accessory. Without the driver, the fixture will not switch on.

Light output

The integrated LEDs, rated at 17.55 W, produce a flux of 1600 lm at 2700 K, a warm, yellowish white. A colour rendering index of Ra 90 gives true colours, and a glare rating of UGR ≤ 22 means the light is comfortable to look toward even for longer periods. The beam spread is 55°. The manufacturer also offers separately purchased diffusers (frosted, honeycomb, prismatic) to soften the light, as well as rings that reduce the cutout diameter.
