SLV NUMINOS DL S 1003807 is a round recessed ceiling downlight with a white aluminium trim, chrome reflector and integrated LED module. It is intended for indoor ceiling installation. The movable construction can be rotated and tilted to aim the beam, and leaf springs for fixing are included.
Light output and beam direction
The 8.6 W module delivers 700 lm through a narrow 20° beam, concentrating light on a selected surface or object rather than spreading it widely across the room. Its 3000 K colour temperature produces warm white light, while CRI 90 supports natural colour rendering. Distribution is direct and rotationally symmetrical; SLV also specifies UGR ≤ 19.
The declared service life is 50,000 hours under the L80B50 criterion. The LED source is integrated and is not intended for replacement by the user; SLV states that it may be replaced only by a qualified professional.
A separate LED driver is required
This class III fitting operates at a constant current of 250 mA. An LED driver is not included, so a compatible model must be selected before installation. SLV lists drivers 1004055, 1004058 and 1004067 among the compatible options; the selected driver also determines the available dimming and light-control method.
Cut-out and ceiling space
The fitting has an outer diameter of 8 cm and a height of 5.2 cm. Installation requires a round 6.8 cm ceiling cut-out and at least 5.5 cm of installation depth, so both measurements need to be checked against the available ceiling void. SLV specifies an IP20/IP44 rating and indoor-only use. The housing combines aluminium and polycarbonate, with a visible white and chrome finish.
