s.luce Ranya 130 cm LED Pendant Light, Clear Glass, Silver Finish

s.luce Ranya combines a slim metal body in a silver finish with a clear glass cover. This version measures 130 cm long and 7 cm in diameter, creating a defined line above a dining table or kitchen island. The brushed metal finish emphasises the simple form, while hand-blown glass adds a decorative quality without making the fitting visually bulky.

Light over the surface and towards the ceiling

Two integrated LED strips send light downwards and upwards at the same time. The lower direction illuminates the table or work surface, while the uplight contributes to the room lighting and highlights the space above the fitting. The declared light output is 2000 lm at 36 W. A colour temperature of 2700 K produces warm light suited to a domestic setting, while CRI 90 supports faithful rendering of object colours. The manufacturer recommends this linear fitting for dining rooms, kitchens and home offices.

Plan the drop before installation

The suspension can be adjusted by shortening the cables during installation; the specified maximum for this version is 140 cm. This allows the fitting to be positioned in relation to the ceiling height and the table or desk underneath. Decide on the required length when ordering, as extending the suspension later is not a straightforward adjustment. The glass cover surrounds the metal body while preserving the fitting's clean cylindrical outline.

Optional control of both directions together

Switching and dimming by remote control require the optional s.luce Smart-Dim. A remote is not part of the standard package. With this control arrangement, the upward and downward light are adjusted together rather than independently. That matters when planning table lighting, because a brightness change affects Ranya's complete lighting composition. The integrated LEDs remove the need to select separate bulbs, and the manufacturer specifies replacement by a qualified professional if required.
