Stucchi ONETRACK black track adapter with integrated LED driver 9999-DRI/B

Stucchi 9999-DRI/B is a black ONETRACK lighting-track adapter with an LED driver integrated into its body. Its elongated, asymmetrical construction is designed to sit concealed within the track. This is a system component, not a standalone luminaire or an empty housing for a separately fitted driver.

Phase selection and control conductors

The adapter has six conductors: three phases, neutral and the control-system conductors. Its built-in phase selector allows the phase supplying the connected luminaire to be selected. This matters when luminaires use different circuits within the same track installation. Selection therefore depends on both the ONETRACK mechanical connection and the electrical requirements of the luminaire.

The manufacturer specifies rated values of 0.13 A at 220/240 V AC and 1 A at 50 V FELV, with a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The driver's maximum output voltage is 59 V DC SELV. Supply ratings, control-circuit ratings and maximum output voltage describe different functions; a matching voltage figure alone does not establish compatibility with any particular LED module.

Click-in mounting and mechanical limits

9999-DRI/B uses two locking tabs and is inserted into the track until it clicks into place. The maximum load is 50 N and the maximum torque is 2.5 Nm. Both limits matter when selecting the attached luminaire: the force acting on the adapter and the moment produced by its mounting must be considered. The load stated in newtons is not the driver's electrical power rating.

Materials and exact version

The black body is polycarbonate, while the contacts are made from copper alloy. The stated adapter weight is 142.3 g. The complete code 9999-DRI/B identifies the integrated-driver version. Similarly named versions with additional suffixes should be selected using their own documentation. When adding a component to an existing installation, black colour and a similar outline are not enough to identify the required variant.
