The Trio HOTEL 603900311 is a round ceiling light with a grey fabric shade and a matt nickel mounting. Its broad, shallow drum has a light-coloured cover underneath, giving it a closed outline rather than leaving the bulbs exposed when viewed from below.

A 50 cm drum without a long suspension

The fitting measures 50 cm across and 17 cm in total height; the shade itself is 12 cm high. Compare the diameter with the available ceiling area and the overall height with the clearance needed below it. This is a ceiling-mounted fitting, not a pendant with an adjustable hanging cable, so its dimensions should be considered as a fixed assembly.

The manufacturer identifies living rooms and bedrooms as suitable applications. In either setting, HOTEL can serve as general ceiling lighting. The appropriate light output still depends on the room and any other lights: having three sockets does not, on its own, establish how brightly the room will be lit.

Choose three E27 bulbs separately

There are three E27 sockets, each rated for a bulb of up to 60 W. Bulbs are not supplied. This is not an integrated LED fitting, so three suitable light sources need to be selected separately; the manufacturer recommends LED bulbs.

Colour temperature and luminous flux depend on those bulbs, not on the grey shade colour. You can therefore choose the lighting characteristics independently of the fitting's finish. If dimming is required, the bulbs and the control equipment must be compatible; an E27 socket alone does not guarantee that function.

Fabric and a restrained circular outline

The smooth cylindrical shape suits modern and modernist interiors. Grey fabric accounts for most of the visible body, with matt nickel showing at the ceiling mounting. The pale underside completes the drum outline and distinguishes it from an open fitting with visible lamps or hanging decorative elements.
