Trio YUMA 641719287 LED ceiling light, titanium finish, 60 cm, CCT and RGB

Trio YUMA 641719287 combines a round LED ceiling light with a separate coloured backlight directed onto the surface behind it. Its metal body has a titanium finish, with a narrow rim surrounding the broad, pale light-emitting face. This is the 60 cm diameter version, approved by the manufacturer for ceiling or wall mounting.

Adjustable white light with a separate RGB accent

The integrated main LED source is rated at 35 W and a stated luminous flux of 4200 lm. Its colour temperature can be varied continuously between 3000 and 6500 K, moving from warm white to a cooler white appearance. Changing the light colour does not require a different bulb: the source is built into the fitting. Dimming also lets you reduce brightness without changing the light source.

A second, 4 W RGB module provides indirect coloured illumination. The manufacturer specifies separately switchable sources, so this colour accent is distinct from the white light's colour-temperature setting. The official photographs show red, green and blue backlighting around the rim. It is a decorative layer of light, not an additional stated lumen output to be added to the main source's 4200 lm.

Control through the supplied remote

The included remote adjusts brightness and light colour. YUMA also provides a memory function and a night-light function. Its integrated dimmer is not suitable for use with an external dimmer. Check this restriction when planning to connect the fitting to an existing dimmed lighting circuit. The operating voltage is 230 V, and the integrated sources mean there is no conventional bulb to select separately for the main light.

A broad disc with a shallow profile

The fitting is 5 cm high, with no hanging cable or projecting arm. Check that there is space for the entire 60 cm circle before installation, including when using it on a wall. The simple geometry and restrained metal rim suit modern and modernist interiors. Adjustable white light and the separate RGB backlight make it an option for living rooms or bedrooms. Compare its dimensions and stated output with the particular room rather than assuming that the same fitting will meet every lighting requirement.
