Check the wall space and projection

The fitting measures 30.5 cm high, 12 cm wide and projects 9.9 cm from the wall. Compare that footprint with the available wall area, nearby furniture and the swing of any doors before choosing its position. Its narrow front does not remove the need to allow for the projection, especially beside a circulation route.

Marmo can provide supplementary wall lighting in a living room, bedroom or dining room, as well as an entrance hall or corridor. Its decorative format also suits hotel rooms and restaurant interiors. It is not an adjustable spotlight for directing a beam at a book or worktop; the stone panel is the central visual feature rather than an aiming mechanism.

A replaceable E14 bulb

This version takes one E14 bulb, with a maximum rating of 40 W. Light colour and luminous output depend on the bulb chosen, so check those values when selecting a source rather than reading a colour-temperature specification into the illuminated product photograph. A replaceable bulb means the light source can be changed without replacing the whole fitting.

Maytoni lists the luminaire as non-dimmable. The installation drawing shows a fixing bracket and connection to the electrical installation, not a lead with a plug. Plan an appropriate supply point and follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.

Natural stone with a brass-coloured frame

The pale stone contrasts with the metal border and backplate. Its restrained geometry works with modern and modernist interiors, particularly where other details repeat the rounded outline. Brass describes the finish, not a claim that the body is made from solid brass. The manufacturer specifies a five-year warranty for this fitting.
