WoodMan MEXICO WUA-00628 is a three-seater sofa bed with a blue mattress and an exposed solid beech frame. This particular version has a natural linseed-oil finish, rather than untreated wood or the walnut-coloured finish. Straight wooden arms and a tufted mattress give the sofa an open, visibly framed outline.

Allow for the open bed, not just the sofa

The overall length is 210 cm, while the crosswise footprint changes from 105 to 145 cm when unfolded. Consider both positions when planning a living room, teenager’s room or a room that also accommodates overnight guests. Keep the area needed for opening clear of a coffee table and check that there will still be a route past the bed.

The mattress measures 140 × 200 cm: this is the sleeping size, not the larger outer dimensions of the wooden frame. The backrest reaches 83 cm high, with a seat height of 45 cm and a seat depth of 65 cm. Comparing those measurements with seating you already use gives a more useful indication of the sitting position than judging scale from a photograph alone.

Blue upholstery against natural timber

The 18 cm thick mattress has a polyester fabric cover and hollow-fibre filling. Natural timber remains visible along the arms, legs and front rail, contrasting with the blue upholstery. The straightforward frame works with Scandinavian and modern interiors. Unlike a fully upholstered sofa, the wooden sides remain open and form part of its visible structure.

Preparing for assembly

Assembly requires two people. Instructions and assembly tools are included; the supplier also recommends a hammer, pliers or a size 10 wrench, and a screwdriver. The frame and mattress arrive in two separate packages. Check the access route to the room beforehand, including door widths and turns in the hallway. The stated maximum load is 250 kg.
