Today’s world shines more brightly than ever before. Almost every part of the night sky is flooded with artificial light after dark. On the one hand, it gives us a sense of security and comfort, on the other - it brings with it consequences that until recently few people thought about. Cloud-inspired lamps have become popular due to their unique design and ability to create a unique atmosphere. The first cloud lamp designs appeared in the early 2000s, when New York-based artist Richard Clarkson unveiled his interactive cloud lamp, which reacted to movement and produced the sounds of a thunderstorm. This design has inspired many designers to create cloud-shaped lamps from different materials, such as glass, paper, and plastic.
