ARGON PONTE 2089 Chandelier, Pink and Dark Brass, 5xE27

ARGON PONTE 2089 is a five-arm chandelier with pink velour shades and a steel structure finished in dark brass. Five individual shades surround the central stem, while straight arms give the arrangement a clear geometric outline. This is the five-socket E27 version, rather than the smaller three-arm fitting in the same family.

Allow for the full span

The chandelier measures 71 cm across in both width and depth, with an overall height of 63 cm. Above a dining table, compare those dimensions with the tabletop and the distance to the ceiling. In a living room or bedroom, check where the bottom of the fitting will sit relative to walking routes. The stated height covers the whole light, not just its fabric shades.

The manufacturer's drawing gives each shade a height of 16 cm, a top diameter of 15.5 cm and a lower diameter of 18.5 cm. Five smaller shades therefore create the broad outline instead of one large central shade. Account for the complete spread of the arms when choosing the position.

Choose bulbs by size as well as socket

Light bulbs are not included. The instructions specify E27 LED bulbs rated at no more than 15 W each, measuring up to 50 mm in diameter and 105 mm in height. An E27 base alone does not establish compatibility: the bulb envelope and permitted wattage matter too.

Brightness and light colour depend on the bulbs you select, rather than being fixed characteristics of the fitting. The chandelier operates at 230 V and requires a protective earth connection. ARGON allows modification for 3+2 switching, but describes this as a modification option, not a ready-made control system supplied in the box.

Pink fabric against dark brass

The velour and brass-plated steel support a glamour interior, while the straight arms also suit a modernist setting. Pink describes the shades; dark brass describes the metal structure. Consider those surfaces separately when coordinating the chandelier with other metal fittings and textile elements.
