Endon Alton 1805-3AN 3-Light E14 Chandelier, Antique Brass and White Glass, 46 cm

Endon Alton 1805-3AN is a three-arm chandelier with a steel frame finished in antique brass and matt white opal glass shades. Curved arms hold the upward-facing shades around a central stem, while a chain suspension completes its traditional outline.

Choose the drop before installation

The 46 cm diameter describes the overall spread of the fitting, rather than the size of one shade. Compare it with your dining table or the space available in a living room before choosing a position. The overall height is adjustable from 31 to 63.5 cm, so the remaining clearance above furniture and walking areas also needs checking.

The manufacturer allows conversion to a semi-flush fitting for lower ceilings. Shortening the chain and cable takes place before mounting and electrical connection. Conversion follows the additional instruction identified in the manual; it is not a height adjustment to make while the light is in use.

Three replaceable bulbs, purchased separately

Each arm has an E14 lampholder. The current specification calls for LED bulbs rated at no more than 7 W each. Bulbs are not included, leaving you to choose their light colour and output. The fitting therefore has no single fixed lumen rating or inherent warm-white colour.

Dimming requires suitable bulbs and compatible control equipment. Check the markings and compatibility information for the bulbs you select rather than assuming that every E14 LED bulb can be dimmed.

A coordinated traditional scheme

Antique brass detailing and white glass suit traditional living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms. The spreading arms provide a distinct outline above a table, provided the room height and furniture layout leave appropriate clearance. Connection and care

This is a Class I fitting for domestic ceiling installation and must be earthed. The manufacturer's manual specifically excludes bathroom use. Switch off the supply and let the bulbs cool before cleaning. Use only a dry cloth: liquid and abrasive cleaners are not permitted by the instructions. Handle the glass shades carefully during fitting and maintenance.
