Famlight Storm L 46-1003001 glass pendant light, clear glass and brushed brass

Famlight Storm L 46-1003001 is a single pendant light combining a clear, hand-blown glass shade with brushed brass details. Its defining feature is the irregular indentation of the glass rather than applied ornament. The manufacturer forms these depressions by hand using pressure, giving the otherwise continuous outline a distinctly sculpted surface.

Clear glass with brushed brass fittings

The transparent shade leaves the lamp holder and installed bulb visible. A brass ceiling canopy and the brass cover around the holder provide two small warm-coloured accents, linked by a dark cable. This is the clear-glass and brass version, not a pearl or amber glass finish and not the stainless-steel variant.

The organic glass shape works with contemporary interiors, while the brushed brass can also relate to classical detailing. When pairing it with other lights in the same room, compare the actual metal finish and glass colour rather than relying on the family name alone. Those details distinguish individual Storm versions.

Size L and the space beneath it

The shade measures 27 cm across and 33 cm high. The official drawing gives an overall pendant height of 120 cm and a canopy diameter of 10 cm. Use these measurements to judge its proportions against a dining table, kitchen island or intended position in a living room or bedroom. In a study, it can provide decorative pendant lighting without implying a particular illuminance at the desk.

Before installation, check where the lower edge of the shade will sit at the stated height. Above a worktop or table, consider the gap to its surface; elsewhere, also allow for people passing underneath. This product is the larger Storm L, not Storm S or a three-light arrangement on a shared canopy.

Choose the light through an E27 bulb

The fitting uses one E27 bulb rated at no more than 60 W, as stated in the manufacturer's currently published catalogue. That is a power limit, not a brightness rating. Select the bulb's colour temperature, light output and visible shape to suit its intended role. With clear glass surrounding it, the bulb remains part of the composition even when the light is switched off.
