s.luce Velo combines a clear, vertically grooved shade with a white metal stand and a beige travertine base. This version measures 187 cm in height and has a glass shade 20 cm in diameter. Its rounded glass form and repeated vertical texture create a decorative accent above the slender structure, suitable for a position beside a sofa or armchair.

Natural stone and handblown glass

The base is made from genuine travertine, with a porous surface and an individual natural pattern. Its beige and sandy tones introduce a warm detail at floor level, while the white stand leaves the stone clearly visible. The handblown glass may show small differences in shape and structure. The clear shade leaves the bulb visible, so the appearance of the light source also contributes to the upper part of the composition.

Light beside a place to unwind

Velo suits a living room, bedroom or reading corner. The manufacturer also names dining rooms, studies and entrance areas. When choosing its position, consider the glass shade in relation to the back of an armchair and the furniture nearby. The 260 cm supply cable helps you plan the lamp's position relative to a socket. A foot switch on the cable turns the light on and off without reaching up to the lampholder.

A replaceable E27 bulb

The fitting has one E27 socket and requires a separately purchased bulb rated at no more than 40 W. Choosing the light source lets you select the brightness and light colour for relaxing or other activities. A decorative LED bulb can emphasise the visible interior of the glass. The shade screws into place using the arrangement described by the manufacturer. Replacing the bulb later allows the character of the light to change while retaining the stone base and the rest of the lamp.
