GTV E27 to E14 bulb adapter white AE-E27E14-00

The white GTV AE-E27E14-00 adapter allows a bulb with a small E14 cap to be used in an E27 lamp holder. It has an external E27 screw thread on the fitting side and an internal E14 holder on the bulb side. This is a bulb connection adapter, not a complete light fitting.

Check the direction of the conversion

This version reduces an E27 holder to E14. It is not intended for fitting an E27 bulb into a smaller E14 holder. Before choosing it, compare the holder marking on your light fitting with the cap of the bulb you wish to use. The white body surrounds the smaller socket opening; the external metal thread connects the adapter to the fitting.

Load limit and bulb selection

GTV specifies a maximum permissible load of 50 W at 220–240 V AC and 50–60 Hz. The adapter rating does not increase the permitted wattage of the light fitting: the lower limit for the complete combination still applies. Compare the bulb's actual power consumption, not its equivalent traditional bulb wattage. Brightness and light colour depend on the E14 bulb selected. GTV states a five-year manufacturer's guarantee for this model.
