Rendl allows dimming with a suitable light source, so check the chosen bulb's compatibility with the intended dimming equipment rather than assuming any E27 bulb will dim.
Allow for the cable and shade
The cable is 150 cm long. The canopy measures 8 cm in diameter and 2.7 cm in height; that height describes the ceiling component, not the complete hanging light. For a position over a dining table or in a living room or bedroom, compare the cable length and the selected shade's dimensions with the available space. The installation instructions require a qualified installer and isolation of the circuit at the breaker before work begins.
