Italux Selma White Ceiling Light with 4 LED Spots, 4000 K, SPL-31983-4B-WH

Italux Selma SPL-31983-4B-WH is a white ceiling light with four cylindrical LED spot heads on a shared rectangular bar. Its narrow, linear outline avoids a large central shade or hanging cables. Italux specifies aluminium and steel for the construction.

A 64 cm bar rather than a single central point

The fitting measures 64 cm long, 6 cm wide and 9.5 cm high. Allow for its length along the ceiling when planning the position, rather than checking only the space around a small round canopy. Compare that length with the available ceiling area and the location of the electrical connection, particularly near tall cupboards or other fittings.

All four visible heads belong to one ceiling light. The product photograph shows them at different positions relative to the bar; this is not a set of four independently mounted spotlights. That distinction matters if your layout calls for separate fittings at widely spaced connection points.

Neutral white light, without dimming

The LED sources have a colour temperature of 4000 K, described as neutral white. When combining Selma with existing lighting, compare light colour as well as the white finish. The manufacturer lists a luminous flux of 1240 lm and a maximum power rating of 20 W. Four light points do not automatically mean that the stated rating should be multiplied by four.

This model is not dimmable. If changing brightness through a dimmer is essential, choose a fitting with explicitly confirmed dimming support instead. The specified supply voltage is 220–240 V.

Repeated cylinders and a straight base

The simple bar and repeated cylindrical forms suit modern and modernist interiors. Consider this ceiling layout for a kitchen, dining room, living room or hallway, with the number of fittings determined by room size and the other lighting available. The base and heads share the same white finish. Its IP20 rating does not establish water resistance, so it should not be planned as a waterproof fitting.
