Las Plumas Antonio decorative giraffe lamp – gold, E27, 70 cm

Las Plumas Antonio combines a gold-coloured giraffe figure with a cylindrical shade carrying an abstract, multicoloured print. The sculpted body is made from resin and the shade has a velour outer covering. Decorative ribbons and blue tassels frame the fabric, contrasting with the gold finish of the animal.

Allow space for the whole silhouette

Antonio measures 70 cm in overall height and 35 cm in diameter. The shade itself is 22 cm high, with 7 cm fringe. When planning its position, consider the broad shade as well as the rectangular base: a surface large enough for the feet does not necessarily provide clearance for the upper part. Compare the stated dimensions with the space beside and above your chosen table or cabinet, particularly near shelving.

The manufacturer's photograph shows Antonio on a table beside a sofa. Raised placement reveals the legs, the textured giraffe pattern and the head extending above the shade. In a living room or bedroom it can serve as a separate decorative light; check its scale against the furniture rather than assuming it will fit a small bedside table.

An E27 bulb is purchased separately

This is a 230 V lamp with an E27 socket. No bulb is supplied, so a compatible light source must be added to your order. The socket specifies the fitting rather than a fixed colour temperature or brightness. Those characteristics depend on the bulb you choose; Antonio is not a luminaire with a permanently integrated LED module.

The official product description states that light is directed upwards and downwards. Consider both openings when positioning the lamp in relation to nearby surfaces, rather than expecting a concentrated task-lighting beam.

A decorative object as well as a light

The gold animal figure, patterned velour and hanging tassels support glamour, boho and design-led interiors with expressive decorative pieces. The contrasting shapes and colours remain visible when the lamp is switched off. Antonio is identified by manufacturer code LPAT01, matching the giraffe and patterned shade shown here.
