Zambelis 25137 is a miniature pendant light with a small bell-shaped aluminium head, 5 cm in diameter and 4.6 cm tall, finished in black paint with a sandy, slightly rough texture. A honeycomb louver sits in the light opening, and at the ceiling the pendant is held by a slim cylindrical canopy, 4.5 cm in diameter and 16 cm tall.

Size and suspension

The cable is 200 cm long and the manufacturer specifies it as adjustable, so the hanging height is set on site – over a table, over a worktop or over a particular spot the light should pick out. The head itself is very small, which is why the manufacturer's photographs usually show it in a group of several pendants at different heights.

What light it gives

The source is a built-in 7 W LED module that cannot be replaced; the manufacturer quotes a lifetime of L70B50 30,000 hours. An output of 280 lm is accent light rather than lighting for the whole room – that needs another source. The narrow 24° beam throws a defined bright pool onto the table or worktop, and the honeycomb louver cuts glare when the pendant is seen from the side.

3000 K is warm white, and a colour rendering index of Ra 90 keeps food, wood and fabrics under the light looking natural. The pendant dims with a TRIAC (leading-edge) dimmer. It runs on 220–240 V, is Class I – it needs an earth conductor – and is rated IP20, so it is intended for dry interiors.
